Baked coating is a painting method that uses paint that hardens when exposed to high temperatures. It is primarily applied to metals such as iron, aluminum, and stainless steel, where heat of about 120°C to 200°C is applied after painting for curing and drying. Generally, baked coatings result in products with superior hardness and chemical resistance, less drying unevenness, and the formation of a strong paint film. We will introduce examples of handling single items, prototypes, pre-production samples to mass production, and mass production only. In the case of painted parts for processing equipment, we handled single items of melamine baked paint with a palm-sized iron base, and for medical and pharmaceutical device springs, we managed powder coating with an iron base for 300 to 400 pieces. Additionally, we were able to accept mass production of powder coating (with masking) for energy equipment parts at a rate of 1,000 pieces per month.
